Caller Listbox gives you the ability to call the Form Validation Code from one of two places within your HTML Form. The first, which is set to the default each time you run the Extension, is from the forms "submit" event.
Important note: If you are new to web development and rely on Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG interface to create your web documents and are not to sure about how HTML and Javascript interact, then I suggest you leave this set to the forms "submit" event.
However if you like, and I have included this feature for those of you who are keen to get the most out of the Extension, you can in the second approach call the routine from a button or image button contained within your form, simplay by selecting it from the select list. |
